REGISTRATON FORM
This is a weekend, hands-on cadaveric training course demonstrating the McCain Technique and utilizing the McCain TMJ Arthroscopy System and the Nexus CMF ClearView Hybrid Tower. Attendees are encouraged to bring surgical staff at no additional charge. The training is structured to provide attendees with hands-on cadaveric exposure designed to increase the participant’s ability to perform TMJ arthroscopic procedures. Participants will be introduced to all levels of TMJ arthroscopy such as, Level I, Level II, and Level III. All training fees are non-refundable. We require a 60 day notice to make changes to your reserved course. If the reservation is changed under 60 days, there will be a $1500 change fee.
